TERMS OF SALE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS

Working hours: orders are accepted around the clock; enquiries are handled Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 Moscow time.

2. GOODS

Photographic prints of original works by Elen Reflecta, presented in the “Buy works” section.

Edition: limited edition of 10 prints per size for each work. Each copy is numbered.

Sizes and prices:

— 120 × 80 cm — RUB 92,000

— 90 × 60 cm — RUB 72,000

— 60 × 40 cm — RUB 52,000

Finishing: metal frame, museum glass.

Included: the framed print and a certificate of authenticity bearing the copy number and the artist’s signature.

Prices are stated in Russian roubles and include all taxes. The Seller applies the simplified taxation system; the goods are sold without value added tax. Delivery cost is not included in the price and is calculated separately.

Minor differences between the tone of the print and the image on the buyer’s screen are possible, caused by differences in monitor colour reproduction. This does not constitute a defect.

3. ORDERING PROCEDURE

3.1. The Buyer contacts the Seller using the “Buy” button or through the contact form on the website. The enquiry is sent to the Seller’s e-mail address elenreflecta@gmail.com.

3.2. The Seller confirms availability of the selected copy within the edition and states the final price including delivery and the production time.

3.3. The Buyer provides the details required to fulfil the order: surname, name, telephone number and delivery address.

3.4. The Seller sends the payment details.

3.5. The contract is deemed concluded from the moment payment is received by the Seller.

Information about a work published on the website is for reference only and does not constitute a public offer. The contract is concluded following agreement on a specific order.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is made in the amount of 100 % of the order value by bank transfer using the details sent by the Seller to the Buyer after the order has been agreed.

A cash receipt is sent to the Buyer in electronic form to the e-mail address or telephone number provided, no later than the working day following the day of settlement.

5. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

Production time: 5 working days from the date payment is received. The print is produced and framed to order.

Delivery: by CDEK courier service within the territory of the Russian Federation.

Delivery time: according to CDEK schedules for the relevant destination, approximately 3 to 10 working days from the moment the parcel is handed over.

Delivery cost is calculated individually according to dimensions and destination and is communicated to the Buyer before payment. The work is packed in rigid transport packaging with corner and glass protection.

On receipt, the Buyer should inspect the parcel in the courier's presence. If damage to the packaging or the goods is found, a report must be drawn up with the delivery service representative — this is a condition for considering a claim in respect of damage arising in transit.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

6.1. The Buyer may cancel the order at any time before the goods are handed over to the delivery service. The amount paid is refunded less the Seller's actual production costs incurred, if production has already begun.

6.2. After the goods have been handed over, a print of proper quality may not be returned. This follows from Clause 4 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights”: a consumer may not refuse goods of proper quality that have individually defined characteristics if such goods can be used exclusively by the consumer acquiring them. The print is produced to a specific order, in the size and finishing chosen by the buyer, and bears an individual copy number within a limited edition.

6.3. If goods of improper quality are received — with a manufacturing defect or with damage arising before handover to the delivery service — the Buyer may, at their choice, demand replacement with an equivalent copy, a proportionate reduction in price, or a refund of the amount paid. The claim should be sent to elenreflecta@gmail.com with a description and photographs of the defect.

6.4. Refunds are made by the same method used for payment, within ten days of receipt of the relevant claim.

7. COPYRIGHT

The exclusive right to the photographic works belongs to the artist. Purchase of a print does not transfer the exclusive right and does not grant the right to reproduce, replicate, publicly display for commercial purposes, adapt or use the image in advertising without the artist's written consent.

The Buyer may display the purchased print in a private or public interior and publish images of it for personal non-commercial purposes with attribution to Elen Reflecta.

8. PERSONAL DATA

Data provided when placing an order are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The parties shall resolve disputes through negotiation. The period for responding to a claim is ten working days. If agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be considered by a court in accordance with the consumer protection legislation of the Russian Federation.

This is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Russian version of these Terms shall prevail.
